This decision involves appointing Mr. Sultan Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shebeily (a financial member from outside the board - independent) as a member of the Audit Committee. The Ordinary General Assembly of Sadr Logistics Services Company, during its meeting yesterday, Tuesday, approved the Board of Directors' recommendation not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. According to data available on Argaam, Sadr's Board of Directors recommended last March not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, in order to strengthen the company's financial position and support its expansion.
