The Ordinary General Assembly of Sadr Logistics Services Company, during its meeting yesterday, Tuesday, approved the Board of Directors' recommendation not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. According to data available on Argaam, Sadr's Board of Directors recommended last March not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, in order to strengthen the company's financial position and support its expansion.

Sadr Logistics Company announces the resolution of its Board of Directors, issued by circulation on 21 Rabee' al-Thani 1445H, corresponding to November 5, 2023, which includes increasing the number of members in the Audit Committee from 3 members to 4 members. This decision involves appointing Mr. Sultan Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shebeily (a financial member from outside the board - independent) as a member of the Audit Committee. This appointment will take effect from the date of the Board's decision until the end of the current Board of Directors' term, which concludes on September 15, 2024.
